In the heart of the shopping district of Milan, peaceful and quiet corners are ready to be discovered. Our visit starts in the garden of Villa Necchi Campiglio, a project by the great architect Piero Portaluppi, with a private and warm swimming pool (the first one in Milan!) and amazing details. Then we walk through the courtyards of Via Montenapoleone, via Sant’Andrea and via del Gesù: in the so-called “golden block” we can admire marvelous 18th century palaces, memories of noble families, and houses with Renaissance details as the one created by the brothers Bagatti Valsecchi. A tour to admire hidden gems and discover exotic surprises such as pink flamingos.
