Leonardo vineyard is a secret gem in the heart of Milan, close to Santa Maria delle Grazie church and Last supper. Forgotten for centuries, it is nowadays open in the garden of the Atellani house, who used to be the residence of Atellani family in the XVI century. Ludovico il Moro, duke of Milan, donated to Leonardo a huge vineyard in the period he was painting the Last supper, and here he used to grow Malvasia wine. An amazing and unique journey in renaissance history through original frescoes and restorations in the house and in a delightful garden and vineyard, to imagine the daily life of the genius that had revolutionised our art and history.
